We are not really thinking about it, but film studios are making a very specific kind of investment = when hiring an actor for a job. And film studios, just like any other business is supposed to have revenue and profits from their investments. But according to the yearly report that is not always the case.

The actors are being rated according to the revenue that studio has for each dollar paid to the actor… do, in order to make “the most profitable actor” one would have to have a return of at least $70 per each dollar of payment.

The second place is occupied by Renner’s colleague in the MCU Mark Ruffalo - $80.2 return. The third place belongs to Amy Adams - $69.9.
