It seems that every year we are seeing more and more innovations. And it also seems that no market expands and develops as fast as the mobile devices market where even the veterans of the industry are trying to step away from the classics and are trying something new.
I am talking about the new development of LG, the concept of which was revealed today.
This time LG are thinking about a new smartphone equipped by a flexible screen. This info appeared at KIPRIS web site – a patent agency where LG came with the development a little less than a year ago.
As you can see in the photos, LG are developing a phone with a huge flexible screen that can rotate and wrap around the main component of the phone where all of the electronics is stored. Just like this LG are erasing the differences between a phone, a tablet and a PC. Fully unwrapped screen truly looks more like a tablet.
The phone is going to work with Android OS although right now it is unclear how LG are going to bring cameras to life.
Well, it seems that LG have plenty of time to think about that as for now this concept only exists on paper. Right now there is no date for the actual launch of the phone set.
